Don't get confused by the title, this is a hard-core business book. It's very readable and quite short; in fact it has almost double-spaced line spacing, so it shouldn't take very long to read. I bought my copy back in October 2004 and I refer to it several times a month. I'm now reading cover-to-cover for the second time -- it's unusual for me to do that for a non-fiction book. Strongly recommended.
